To prepare this easy cake recipe, you only grease and flour a cake pan, peel and core the apples, cutting them into thin half circles, and then sprinkle the cinnamon on the apples and toss to coat. Set this aside, and preheat the oven to 375ºF. Sift the flour and baking powder together, set aside as well.
